The undersigned is directed to convey the approval of competent authority for amendment of the following clause(s) of the ‘Revised Terms and Conditions – Other Service Provider (OSP) Category’ contained in this Department`s letter No.18-2/2008-CS-I dated 5th August, 2008 as under:

The OSP operator shall submit a security
deposit of Rs.5 crores with an agreement envisaging to meet certain
obligations like exclusive use of home agent, all responsibility to be borne
by OSP etc.

Further, in the Application For
Registration of OSP Centre (Form -I), at Part D - Documents to be enclosed,
under item (C) - Documents required for Sharing of infrastructure/Work from
Home, the amount of Bank Guarantee for Work from Home option may be read as Rs.
One Crore instead of Rs. Five Crores.
